The North Florida Procurement Association is excited to announce that the 2012 Procurement Expo & Reverse Trade Show will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at University of North Florida's University Center.
We will be hosting a Trade Show with purchasing representatives from government entities in Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties. Learn how you can increase your contracting opportunities while you network.
Attendee Registration Fee is $100 per person (Registration fee increases to $125.00 on March 3, 2012) and includes:
- Entry for one to the trade show to browse the tables/displays provided and manned by governmental purchasing professionals
- 2012 Edition of the North Florida Procurement Associations NIGP Chapter Purchasing Professionals Directory
- Vendor breakout session, approximately thirty (30) minutes in duration (title/subject matter to be announced)
- Buffet Lunch (Lunch Option Only is NOT available)
- Keynote Speaker during Lunch (Kelly Loll, Chief Procurement Officer & Director of State Purchasing)

Platinum Supporter Registration Fee is $1,000 (there are only 4 of these packages available) and includes:
- Up to 4 FREE attendees including lunch, advertising and banner display in the conference hall
- Full page color ad in the North Florida Procurement Association NIGP Chapter Purchasing Professionals Directory
- Option to provide literature to be given to all conference attendees
- One 20 minute presentation during business lunch
- Additional attendees at $50 each
Gold Supporter Registration Fee is $500 and includes:
- Up to 3 FREE attendees including lunch
- Half page color ad in the North Florida Procurement Association NIGP Chapter Purchasing Professionals Directory
- Additional attendees at $50 each
Silver Supporter Registration Fee is $300 and includes:
- Up to 2 FREE attendees including lunch
- Quarter page color ad in the North Florida Procurement Association NIGP Chapter Purchasing Professionals Directory
- Additional attendees at $50 each
If you have registered as a Supporter, an associate from the North Florida Procurement Association will contact you regarding art work for your advertisement.

Cancellations received before March 1, 2012 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after March 1, 2012 will receive a voucher to attend next years show less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation notification is to be emailed to Kris Collora. There will be no refunds for no-shows or for ads in membership directory.
